“Your Master is in trouble”

A new Action-Adventure video game is ready to take place in your PC very soon. Developed by FromSoftware and publishes by Activision, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is scheduled to be released on 22 March 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows. If we talk about its story which follows the protagonist, a powerful shinobi named Sekiro during the period of Sengoku. However, the entire game revolves around the struggle of the protagonist as he attempts to take revenge on a samurai wh secretly attacked him and abducted his master.

Historical Setting to Explore

The game takes place in the revised late 16th century in Japan. However, in the Sengoku period, the player takes on the role of the main character who was left for dead after his master was abducted and his arm severed by a samurai. As the story proceeds, the protagonist discovers himself in the strange environment and upon awakening, he finds that his missing arm has been replaced with a prosthetic by a strange busshi who dubs him Sekiro. Therefore, your character is equipped with a katana and the prosthetic, which enables for different tools and gears to be set up on it. After that, you can embark on an epic journey to save your master and for avenge.

Expected Gameplay and Premise

Action-Adventure is the premise of the game and you can explore the detailed world from a side-scroll viewpoint. Although compared to Souls video game series, the game introduces no RPG aspects, including character classes, customization, or equipment upgrade, as well as having no multiplayer modes. Instead of attacking to the health points of the enemies, combat in this game focuses on using a katana to attack the rivals and balance, which eventually takes you to an opening that enables for a single killing blow.

Experience Stealth Elements

While playing the game, you will use stealth elements to remain undetected from enemies. Using the stealth feature, you can instantly eliminate enemies if they can get in range. However, additionally, your character is capable of using different tools to help with battle and exploration, including a grappling hook and a torchlight. During the gameplay, if your character will die, you have a choice of being revived on the exact spot under specific conditions instead of respawning at an earlier location.

Explore late 1500s Sengoku Japan

A vicious period of life and death battle will place you in the battlefield where you will come face to face with massive enemies in a dark and twisted land. While in battle, you will have to reveal your arsenal of deadly prosthetic tools and ninja abilities. With stealth elements, vertical traversal, and other vital elements, are you ready to take down enemies?
