Rambo and Die Hard are coming to Call of Duty: Warzone next week, Activision says
After releasing teasers for several days, Activision finally breaks out the silence about the release of two new operator skins in Call of Duty: Warzone by making an official announcement on their Twitter handle. These premium operator skins happen to be of famous 80s action hero icons John Rambo and McClane.
This all started after a tweet on the Call of Duty Twitter account showing stats of a new player named Survivorjohn#1009062. It was a cryptic message for many but some professionals successfully cracked the code and it made the gaming community go Wow!
According to those who cracked the code, the Rambo series consists of five films, and our famous hero killed a total of 552 enemies in those five movies. After a few days, Call of Duty released yet another stats of a new character under the code name Cowboymcclane#0070030, and McClane is referred to as “cowboy” in various movies.
The action will begin on May 20 and gamers are ready to welcome their childhood heroes to their favorite game to kill some extra enemies using these operators. You can also expect some new voice lines and some icon guns from some of the most famous movies of the given two characters.
Operators of these heroes are not only coming to Call of Duty: Warzone, but Activision also confirmed that Black Ops Cold War and COD mobile will also get these operators. Not just the announcement, Activision also released a short trailer of the crossover of 80s superstars in the Call of Duty franchise.
