“NetherRealm did a good job”
The developer of Mortal Kombat 11, NetherRealm has displayed their first look to their fans at another playable new character. During the Kombat Kast Livestream, the developer revealed the Kollector, a new fighter who is making his debut in the upcoming title.
The Kollector serves a proud servant who only cares for his status and wealth. And will slay anyone to keep them, according to the NetherRealm. Similar to Goro, the Kollector comprises four arms that he takes full advantage of in the fight, as you can discover in the trailer above. The trailer also provides you with a look at one of the Fatalities of the Kollector, which sees him ripping a competitor apart.
Other New Characters
The third brand new playable character that is confirmed for Mortal Kombat 11 thus far. However, earlier this week, the studio confirmed Cetrion, who is an Elder God possesses elemental powers. Before this, the developer uncovered Geras, the honest servant of Mortal Kombat 11 boss Kronika. Gear has unique powers to conjure up several objects made up of sand and he’s also able to manipulate time.
More than 20 Characters are Confirmed
Over twenty playable characters have been revealed for MK11. Including some returning favorite characters like Jax, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao, who were announced during the inaugural State of Play Presentation of Sony.
MK11 is set to be released for PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on 23 April 2019.
