Learn from in-game Tutorials

Most players these days don’t pay any attention to in-game tutorials, but in the case of Century: Age of Ashes, they are essential as they can help you in getting familiar with game controls and stuff like that. If you do everything according to the tutorial, you will already have the upper hand over your enemies who ignored these tutorials.

Do some training in Free Flight mode

Instead of going into the world of dragons as soon as you install the game, train on how to ride your dragon, and the Free Flight mode is the best game mode to do so without putting your dragon at stake. Master special skills of your dragon and use them in the battle to turn the fight to your side. Follow the NPC dragon in the training mode to learn the basic movement of the dragon.

Century: Age of Ashes

Use the Shift key

In Century: Age of Ashes, the shift is mapped to do a 180-degree turn in the blink of an eye. This is important, especially if someone is following you and you haven’t got anywhere to go.

Pickup Shields

Players nowadays love to fight bare-handed, but that doesn’t work in all the battles because enemies come equipped with all the possible defense and attack weaponry. Don’t forget to equip your shield before entering the world of the dragon, as you may face an enemy as soon as you step into the dragon world. Most shields in Century: Age of Ashes give an extra 50 points protection from fireballs of enemy dragons which can make the difference if your health is critical.
